Do you wear jeans in summer? Oftentimes, people deviate from wearing jeans in summer because of the hot temperature; but that can change. If you are wondering how to wear jeans this summer, here’s what you should know. Wearing jeans in summer in spite of the temperature can be achieved depending on how you style them. Summer can be synonymous with relaxed and laid back; when styling denim this summer, consider choosing tops that are cotton, easy-breezy and fun. There are so many ways to wear jeans in summer by applying these tips:

  1. Find comfortable jeans: Go with loose-fitting jeans over tight skinny jeans. Personally, I prefer to wear jeans that are slightly loose, wide-leg or boyfriend jeans, especially in summer. When you find comfortable jeans, you will be able to wear them this summer and beyond. Some of my favorite jeans include these Agolde loose jeans, Abercrombie and fitch 90s relaxed jeans, these Maison Margiela jeans, and these budget friend jeans.
  2. Go for loose-fitting tops, cut-out tops, and white tops with breathable fabric: A cool blouse will help regulate your body temperature and keep you cool. A cotton tee, which is one of my favorite types of tops to wear, will not only make you look effortlessly chic, but it will keep you cool during hot summer temperatures.
  3. Can’t go wrong with crisp button-down shirt
  4. You can always go for lighter jeans in the form of white jeans.

If you are still not sure whether to wear jeans in the summer, the answer is yes. There are plenty of ways to wear jeans this summer. Hope these looks including this previous post on bell-bottom jeans inspire you to wear jeans this summer and beyond.
